When it comes to types of fitness training, bodybuilding is Brittany’s passion. She loves to create weight training split-routines dedicated to training different muscle groups on separate days in order gain muscle mass in areas where it’s wanted and achieve definition to sculpt the body into the physique that’s desired by the individual.
Brittany enjoys tailoring a workout program to fit any schedule and to establish specific goals/needs whether appearance-based or to correct muscular imbalances.
Brittany is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 200, RYT-500) teaching alignment-focused Hatha yoga, restorative yoga, and the therapeutic essentials of yoga.
