matt bruner: personal trainer
Matt is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Psychology from WSU. He believes in three components of fitness: cardio respiratory health, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. Whether you have bodybuilding goals, sports performance goals, or general fitness goals, Matt believes it is important to integrate all three components into your workout regimen.
Matt likes to keep active through weightlifting, basketball, snowboarding, hiking, biking, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, and Frisbee. He believes incorporating a healthy diet is also a key component to attaining one’s health and fitness goals. Matt enjoys being a part of someone’s healthy lifestyle change and tries to lead by example by maintaining a healthy lifestyle himself.
