This class is an upbeat weightlifting program that tones, strengthens, and conditions your body using a barbell. BodyPump™ classes are designed to work every muscle group, using classic weightlifting movements like squats, deadlifts, and curls. The emphasis is on conditioning and endurance, using choreographed music to drive the movements. If you are new to weightlifting, BodyPump™ offers a great introduction. Classes are simple and easy to follow, and you can choose the weight that is right for you.

For your first class, plan on coming to our studio at least ten minutes early so we can help you get set up. During class you will use a bench, risers, and barbell. All equipment is provided.

Bodypump is based on “the rep effect,” and using lighter weights and higher repetitions. Each song's choreography is designed to target a specific each muscle group of the body, strengthening and sculpting the shoulders, arms, legs, glutes, and core.
