If you are looking for a fun way to stay fit, while you dance, sweat, and burn hundreds of calories, then look no further! The dance classes that we offer at Ballard Health Club are a great place to enjoy some quality "you-time" with other friendly people in your new happy place.

Hip Hop Pop: If you have ever heard a song on the radio and just wanted to break out dancing without going to a club, then this high energy hip hop class is just for you! This class is designed with easy and repetitive dance moves so you can get the most out of your workout. There is no wrong way too dance, and we keep the same routines/songs for a month so everyone has a change to learn the choreography. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome to join for an hour of shaking, sweating and having a good time. 

Urban Latin Dance: Expect fun, energy, and a whole lot of rhythm in this new, spicy dance class. Come prepared to emerge yourself in Latin music and learn some new dance moves!

Zumba®: is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, workout based on the principle that a workout should be fun, and easy to do! The routines incorporate interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the entire body.

Zumba Toning: The best of both cardio &  body-sculpting worlds! HalfLatin infused dance steps and halftoning, it combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness party.
