If you are looking for a fun way to stay fit, while you dance, sweat, and burn hundreds of calories, then look no further! The dance classes that we offer at Ballard Health Club are a great place to enjoy some quality "you-time" with other friendly people in your new happy place.

Afrobeats: This is a dance fitness workout based on music and moves from throughout the African diaspora.  Afrobeats modern music, dancehall, soca and more are the rhythms of this class designed to be easy to learn and guarantees to improve performance, fitness level and a healthier lifestyle. Have fun, burn calories, learn new moves and listen to the fabulous music all at the same time! Learn new moves to use on the dance floor from Africa to the Caribbean or make our fitness class your party!

Urban Latin Dance: Expect fun, energy, and a whole lot of rhythm in this new, spicy dance class. Come prepared to emerge yourself in Latin music and learn some new dance moves!

Zumba®: is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, workout based on the principle that a workout should be fun, and easy to do! The routines incorporate interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the entire body.
