Jessie is a huge proponent of staying active, and values prioritizing physical and emotional health. Being involved in sports and fitness from a young age, she has enjoyed exercising with friends and being a part of a fit community. Group classes have been a great way for her to share her passion for exercise with others and lead them towards feeling better in their bodies and about their bodies. Being a part of the barre community has taught her about new ways to challenge her body and inspires her to teach in more creative ways. Outside of teaching barre, Jessie enjoys cycling, HIIT classes, yoga, and boxing.
