Nutrition Coaching is an hour long, one-on-one session with a staff nutrition coach that is tailored to each individual member’s needs. Some examples of topics include:
Weight Loss coaching will discuss the science behind metabolism, as well as providing an introduction to the philosophies of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size.
Sports Nutrition is for those who participate in intense physical activity. Nutrient timing, the best balance of macro nutrient ratios, eating for muscle gain (hypertrophy), and how to use nutrition for performance enhancement are examples of topics that may be discussed.
Healthy Living coaching will provide you with the information needed to create healthy lifestyle habits. Topics range from answering questions about different diets, food quality, what a balanced plate looks like, healthy recipes/snack ideas, and to where to find reliable nutrition resources.
Quarterly Nutrition Coaching is included in the cost of a BHC membership. Repeated Nutrition Coaching sessions may not be booked less than three months apart, and the completed intake form must be submitted at least three days prior to the appointment to allow the coach to properly prepare for your session.
