Jennifer Zeleski
Yoga Instructor
Jenn is an experienced yoga instructor, East Coast native and Seattle transplant (as of 2021!). She has been teaching yoga since 2017 and joined the BHC team earlier this year. She began teaching classes at her local YMCA in North Carolina during college while working toward her 200 RYT, which she completed in 2020 through YogaFit.
Jenn has taught all types of yoga, but finds her practice most at home in vinyasa. Her students can expect a practice with a slow, intentional build of energy and exertion through a handful of challenging sequences, deep breath work and plenty of rest in between. Outside of the gym, you can find Jenn working in creative marketing, cheering on local sports teams and hanging out with her two cats, Clementine and Kiwi.
