The BHC Body Health Program was designed to guide you down a positive path of transformation with the aid of our nutrition coach.

What is included in the BHC Body Health Program?

  • Use of special nutrition app allowing you and your Nutrition Coach to track and monitor your food intake, exercise, and health data

  • Body scan with the state-of-the-art InBody System to establish a base line and monitor the body transformation process.

  • Customized nutrition plan designed for your specific goals and lifestyle

  • Nutrition coach consistently monitors your data in order to evaluate your progress, adjust routines, and modify timeline

  • Connection with your nutrition coach to assist with accountability, guidance, and motivation.

  • Meetings to help teach, guide, and motivate you towards your goals


How it works…

BHC Body Health Program (Base Program)

  1. You will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to download and use the food intake and exercise tracking app used in the Body Health program.

    For approximately 2 weeks you will input your food intake and any exercise you have been doing on a routine basis.

  2. Nutrition coach evaluates the data collected in the fitness tracking app and designs a plan to help achieve your goals

  3. Meeting 1: Goal Setting and Education (50 minutes)

    • Establish ground work using two week data collection

    • Learn the fundamentals of putting the program into action

    • Create goals and timeline

    • Coach will set nutrition and exercise guidelines

  4. Meeting 2: Two-Week Check-In (50 minutes)

    • Nutrition Coach reviews app data while on the custom plan for approximately 2 weeks and meets client to review the activity while on the plan.

    • Make adjustments where warranted to blend lifestyle with program

BHC Body Health PLUS Program

  • Includes everything in the Body Health Base Program and enhances the process with ongoing monitoring and coaching after the base program is completed.

  • Continued use of the Fitness Tracking App while enrolled in the Body Health PLUS Program

  • Ongoing monitoring using the Fitness Tracking App and additional feedback to maintain focus to attain your goals

  • Meeting to adjust plan for lifelong success after achieving original goal of the plan.
