Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching at BHC

Dear Members,
It’s a great time of year in Seattle as we can now embrace the Spring and look forward to another fantastic Summer.
This month, I would like to bring attention to special services we have at BHC. One of those is our Personal Training service. Each individual has unique physical conditions, and at BHC, our mission is to support every member's fitness journey. Our members have diverse goals and dedicate significant time to visiting the Club, whether working out in the gym or attending a class.
Many of us have established our own routines, which can become familiar and comfortable over time. If this approach works for you and you are entirely satisfied with your current physical condition, that is excellent, and you are fortunate to be at that stage in your fitness journey.
However, if you find yourself not meeting your fitness goals or wish to learn more effective ways of working out and achieving those goals, we have 12 professionally certified personal trainers on staff with the expertise to enhance your efforts.

These additional services are provided to inform members about the various options available beyond the gym and classes, encouraging you to utilize your time effectively at the Club.
