Update from Ballard Health Club - Personal and Small Group Training

June 22, 2020

Dear Members,

We are now approved for King County’s Phase 2 of the COVID-19 reopening plan. What that means to Ballard Health Club is that we may now do Personal Training and Small Group Training of up to 5 people in the Club.

Small Group Training sessions will begin tomorrow, Tuesday June 23rd. To learn more about Small Group Training, see the schedule and book a reservation - visit ballardhealthclub.com/small-group-training.

To request Personal Training – visit ballardhealthclub.com/personal-training.

We will continue to keep memberships frozen until we are in Phase 3 of the reopening plan unless you have requested to be unfrozen.

New live streaming classes that have been added include:

BodyPump with Sunit on Tuesday at 6pm

BodyPump with Bryan on Thursday at 6pm

BodyPump with Bryan on Saturday at 9am

BodyPump with Sunit on Sunday at 11am

Barre with Kris on Saturday at 11am

Roll Out with Karen on Saturday at 11:30am

Please check out live streaming classes on the BHC website. Classes include Bootcamp, BODYPUMP®, Circuit Training, Barre, Urban Latin Dance, Zumba, Pilates, Step, Yoga and Silver Classes.  To view and/or participate in any of these classes – visit Live Streaming on our BHC website.

The live streaming classes have been free to attend but will be changed to requiring an active membership as of July 1st. Admittance to classes will be just like we required in the past. If you have a PLUS membership, you have unlimited access to classes. A Basic Membership or an Insurance Provided Membership (Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit or Renew Active) allows you access to the Silver Classes.  Nonmembers may purchase a single visit or ten visit punch cards online from our BHC pricing page.  If your membership has been frozen and you would like it be unfrozen to attend classes, please email memberaccounts@ballardhealthclub.com.

Details on moving to the different way of attending classes will be explained on the live streaming class web page.

I look forward to seeing members back in the Club this week!

Stay healthy and stay safe,
