Fall is in the air again!

As the summer comes to a close and we move back into our more productive routines, Ballard Health Club is ready to welcome you back into our classes. We will be continuing with our Virtual schedule and a couple of In-Studio classes. I’ve always felt Fall is a time of growth, probably because it’s when we headed back to school as kids, and as we grew up the changes that came with the waning of summer put a focus on the future. I’m certain lately we’ve all had many thoughts about what our future will look like. Well, we’re here. What would you like it to look like? How do you want to feel? And how do you plan on getting there? Rather than waiting for something to happen, we can set ourselves up to create and build the life we envision for ourselves. BHC might not be able to offer you a crystal ball to see the future, but we can help you plan ahead for your health and well-being. We’re here for your body and soul. If you’re ready to come into the gym to take a class, join Aurora or Taylor for one of their classes. Aurora will make you sweat on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:30am with her Circuit Training, and with Taylor you’re not only going to sweat, you will also most certainly smile in her Zumba class on Fridays at 6:30pm. We will be adding classes to our virtual schedule this month, so keep an eye out for those changes. In the meantime, set some goals and make some plans that point you in the right direction for your health. If there is something you think we can help you with, like creating a schedule, setting you up with a trainer, or suggesting a class, just ask. We’re here for you. You can also continue to take the Wednesday and Saturday yoga classes at Sunset Park through September 18th. I hope to see you there!
