Circuit Training w/ Autumn Sunday 9:45-10:30 am
This month we invite everyone, even non-members, to try our free class: Circuit Training with Autumn
This full-body strength training and cardio class designed to keep heart rate up and boredom down. Variations/modifications given will include body weight, adding weight, high or low impact cardio, plyometric options, and more.
A variety of equipment is used including: mats, dumbbells, studio barbells, gliders, steppers, bands, etc. Modifications will be given for exercises, injuries, and all levels.
