Monday & Wednesday 7:00 am

Boot Camp combines the best of cardiovascular and strength training. Expect to challenge your mind and body as you alternate between high and low intensity exercises through timed intervals of free weights, plyometrics, cardio training, and balance work.

Lisa Rider is a Group Fitness Instructor who grew up in the Seattle area. She has taught classes at Ballard Health Club, Fresh Air Fitness and LA Fitness in Ballard for 10 years, teaching a mix of bootcamp, weightlifting, and spin classes.

Lisa enjoys working out and motivating others to stay fit. She is a long-time cyclist, skier, and paddle boarder who believes movement is crucial to happiness and personal fulfillment.
