Each month BHC offers a FREE pass to a specific class. There is no membership required to attend this class. This month we invite everyone to try out our Total Body Strong with Colton Barnes on Fridays at 6:00 am.
Expect the unexpected and get Total Body Strong with constantly varied exercises and formats that combine strength training and metabolic conditioning to push you outside your comfort zone and elevate your fitness to a new level. Using a variety of equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, bands, bodyweight, risers, and more each class is different; somedays you may even pair up with a partner!
The class is open to all fitness levels.
This class is free to everyone, including non-members!
