In-Studio Body Sculpt

Body Sculpt is formatted in the most effective way to shred fat while building muscle and endurance. After a brief cardio/stretch warm-up, you will be guided through a sequence of weight/resistance training using light weights and resistance bands to shed fat and build muscle effectively and efficiently.
You will have fun, work hard and break a sweat — all in 30 minutes!
