January Free Class - Virtual Strength Training with Hattie

Each month BHC offers a FREE pass to a specific class, so those without a PLUS membership. This month we invite everyone to try out:

Virtual Circuit Strength for free with Hattie on

Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:30-9:15am.

This class includes 50/50 standing and mat exercises, done circuit style to keep heart rate up and boredom down. Variations/modifications given will include body weight, adding weight, high or low impact cardio, plyo options and more.

Equipment used: mat, strap (or hand towel/scarf). Option to add weight such as dumbbell (5-15lbs), weighted backpack/suitcase, etc.
