Ginean’s Strength & Conditioning class is a complete, total body workout that consists of a circuit training format using dynamic and static exercises for muscular strength and endurance. You will use bodyweight resistance work, free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls and body bars. Finish class with core and stretching and leave the gym confident and ready for the day!
