How long have you been a member at Ballard Health Club?
Although I have started and stopped a few times, in all, I have been a member of BHC for about 20 years.
Why do you work out?
I work out because it has become a habit. It helps balance out eating and drinking all the things!
When you are at the gym, what do you do to work out?
After doing the same machine for 30 years, I found that I like the classes offered at BHC for the variety they bring to my workouts. I find that working out is crucial for maintaining back health.
What at BHC has worked for you for attaining your goals?
The classes have helped strengthen and stretch areas that I would not normally focus on.
Why do you choose to work out at BHC?
I choose BHC because of the location and the feeling of community at the Club.
What is your favorite piece of equipment, exercise, or class to do in the gym or at home?
Outside of the gym, I love to hike and run.
