I joined BHC around June 2021.
Why do you work out?
I work out because I enjoy the process of getting better every day. The gym has helped me achieve some of my physical and mental goals.
What do you do to work out?
My typical workouts usually include: a push/pull and legs split with lower volume and higher intensity.
Why do you choose to work out at BHC?
I choose to work out at BHC because of the environment, machines, and the fact that even in peak hours there is not a lot of crowding.
What is your favorite piece of equipment, exercise or class to do in the gym or at home?
My favorite piece of equipment is probably the standard lat pull-down because it’s a great way to target the upper back and it’s not all that complicated.
