Member Spotlight - Rita Lambert

Tell us a little bit about yourself.

Rita Lambert is originally from Pennsylvania where she met her husband Preston. In 1976, they moved to Seattle where Rita attended graduate school at the University of Washington for social work. Rita and her husband have lived in the Ballard/Phinney area since moving here 47 years ago. Rita has been enjoying retirement since 2020.

How long have you been a member at Ballard Health Club?

Rita has been a member of BHC since March 2022.

What do you like best about Ballard Health Club?

Rita has always found enjoyment in the social aspect of attending group exercise classes. She looks forward to the Silver Sneakers classes each week because her friends often join her.
