New Opportunities
Dear Members,
Many of you have already taken classes in our new and improved Studio Y. As we continue to improve infrastructure, you will have more opportunities to practice at the gym. We plan to start projecting classes in Studio Y in December. In response to member requests, you will be able to attend classes taught virtually by instructors in the comfort of Studio Y. Please plan to sign up on MindBody in advance.
Another request was for updated recorded classes. We have posted some new videos and plan to continue adding to the library online. We appreciate your input and enjoy responding to your requests whenever we can.
Speaking of your requests, we would like your input on early morning classes. In contrast with pre-pandemic times, we have noticed that early morning classes, at 6:30 a.m., for example, have had few participants. What time and which classes suit your schedule? We want to offer what works for you.
For the first time since 2020, we will offer workshops on weekends. Specifically, Katherine Boury will offer a Gratitude Yoga Workshop on Sunday, January 8. On Saturday, February 11, Gillian Erlich will offer an Ayurveda Workshop. They will meet in Studio Y. Please let us know about other workshops you would like us to offer.
We know that many of you like to continue with your workout throughout the holidays. Though the gym will be closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day, instructors will offer some virtual classes on Christmas Eve as well as in studio and virtual classes on New Year’s Eve. There will also be a New Year’s Day yoga class online. Please check the schedule and sign up for the classes that will help you enjoy your holidays most.
