How long have you been a member at Ballard Health Club? 

I'm a newbie, I joined Ballard Health Club just three months ago.

What is your favorite piece of equipment or exercise to do in the gym? 

Deadlift.

Why do you work out? 

Exercise helps me take out all the stress, clear my head after work, and stay fit.

What do you do to work out?

I work with Kyler once a week for personal training. During the training, we focus on strength, balance, and endurance.

What in the gym has worked for you in attaining your goals?

Personal training sessions with Kyler.

Why do you choose to work out at BHC?

  • It's a walking distance of my house

  • Clean place and good equipment

  • Great trainer

I'm happy that I joined BHC. It's a fantastic place with all the equipment you need for a good workout and friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff who are always there to help you.
