Registered Dietician / Group Fitness Instructor

Colton has been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for 8 years. He discovered his passion for health, wellness and fitness while he completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, both in Nutrition.

His fitness background includes certification through ACE and a variety of class experience in HIIT, Functional Fitness, Kickboxing and even Yoga. His bread and butter remains Strength and Conditioning- his first and longest lasting group fitness experience.

He prides himself in making any class work for anybody and doing so in a way that balances fun and challenge. He firmly believes that everyone deserves to find a way to stay active that is genuinely enjoyable.

From 2020-2022, Colton competed as a Strongman in both the middleweight and heavyweight classes. He has competed in over a dozen competitions, picking up a few victories along the way including podium finishes at regional competitions such as Indiana’s Strongest Man and Kentucky’s Strongest Man.

Colton loves sharing his passion for strength and fitness, and revels in the community that comes with the group fitness setting. He also deeply enjoys conversations about nutrition and is always willing to answer any questions that will help reach nutrition, fitness and wellness goals!
