A passionate fitness professional with over 20 years experience, Kyle helps his clients incorporate health and fitness into their individual lives with customized programming and first-class coaching, all while having fun.

A former natural bodybuilder, Kyle stepped onto the stage to compete in one memorable show. That experience taught him discipline, dedication and the art of sculpting the human body. In 2012 he was introduced to CrossFit and it was like a spark reigniting his passion for fitness and coaching. From that point forward he focuses his training on the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied, functional movements at high-intensity and competes in several competitions throughout the year.

Kyle has earned certifications as an ACE Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, CrossFit Level-2 Trainer and Weightlifting Coach. His specializations are diverse, ranging from natural bodybuilding and body-recomposition to competitive CrossFit including Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics and Endurance Training.

Over the years Kyle has learned that true fitness is not what you see in the mirror, but mentally and physically feeling your best as a result of the effort you put in, everyday.
