Nat’s goal with clients is not only to guide them with fitness, but to guide them so they are better capable of educating themselves. Nat builds her training base from fundamental powerlifting and bodybuilding movements. While these are the core of her training styles, she understands that everybody is on their own fitness journey and needs something a little different!

Nat holds a personal trainer certification from NASM and specializes in strength and conditioning, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and functional movements. She is here to help you feel your best, both physically and mentally!
