Pat Hughes
Cycling Instructor
Pat is an avid cyclist and triathlete who began indoor cycling during the pandemic and appreciates how it promotes year-round fitness. A former aerobics instructor and swim coach, Pat enjoys helping people each their fitness goals and get a good workout under their belts. Pat has been active all her life in sports ranging from field hockey and track to tether ball and tennis, from running and hiking to paddling and swimming, and multiple forms of skiing. She most recently got trained in biathlon (ski then shoot!)
Outside of the gym Pat manages her own business in the leadership consulting and strategic planning field. She works with public and non-profit agencies that are trying to make the world a better place. Pat lives in Ballard with her play partner and husband Roy and two kitties. Their 19-year-old daughter studies business in Utah. Pat has been a member of BHC since the late 1990’s.
Pat likes to work hard and play hard; we will have fun in class with good music!
