Yoga Instructor

Raquel discovered yoga as a way to find balance, strength, and mindfulness to combat the stress of college. After a decade of personal practice, she deepened her knowledge by completing her 200-hour RYT certification with Sendatsu Yoga Teacher Training. She loves sharing this practice with others, guiding students through well-balanced Vinyasa flows focused on building strength, mobility, and inner calm.

Outside of yoga Raquel balances a career in tech and time with her husband and dogs. She is a Seattle native based locally in Ballard and enjoys time at the farmers market, exploring local eats, and traveling the world. She is looking forward to joining the Ballard Health Club community!
