If you have been wrongfully ticketed while parked in a BHC lot, please submit this form to begin the forgiveness process.

Please do not leave the physical ticket at the club- you will need to keep it in the event that we are unable to have the ticket forgiven.

In order to get a parking ticket forgiven:

  • Member must have an unexpired BHC parking permit

  • The BHC parking permit must clearly be shown in the car (Rearview mirror for hang tags, Rear windshield driver’s side for stickers.)

  • Members must be checked into BHC at the date and time of the ticket was issued

  • If parked at Chase Bank, members must park outside of banking hours, as stated on the signs in the lot

When parking enforcement issues a ticket, photos of the vehicle are taken from all 4 sides to show the absence of a visible BHC parking permit (if that is the reason for the ticket). If pictures do not show a BHC permit, we cannot get the ticket voided based on agreements with the parking company.
