Arm Toner Workout
Here’s a quick workout to build up strength and lean muscle in the biceps, triceps, and forearms. I like to alternate between bicep and tricep exercises when I train arms, thinking about the way the tricep plays a stabilizing role in the bicep movements, and vice versa. These will be higher rep exercises, so use moderate to light weight.
Dumbbell Bicep Curls 3x12-15
Tricep Pushdowns 3x12-15
Hammer Curls 3x8-12
Tricep Dips 3x6-8 if unassisted - 5x15 if on edge of bench
Reverse curls 4x8-12
TRX Tricep Extensions 3x12-15
