Ballard Health Club Wellness Challenge

Join us for a Ballard Health Club Wellness Challenge during the month of December. Let's motivate each other to practice mindfulness as it pertains to food choices, nutrition and hydration through the holiday. Do it on your own or with a friend! 

It’s easy to play and track! Every Monday during the month of December we will post two new wellness challenges on Instagram and by the Wellness Tracker (that will be posted inside the Club). One wellness challenge will pertain to mindfulness (i.e. eating, sleeping) and the other challenge will be focused on good nutrition. This Wellness Challenge is designed to be encouraging, attainable, scalable and hopefully sustainable! 

Track your accomplishments each week by making your marks on either the Wellness Tracker or on Instagram - tag @Ballardhealthclub and use the hashtag #VerkOutBallard. For each wellness ‘thing’ you do, you get your name entered into a drawing for a fitness prize - Your choice of either (1) 1-hour Personal Training session, (2) 30-minute Personal Training sessions or (3) Small Group Training sessions!! You can earn as much as 14 entries per week if you do both challenges each day.

 You may choose to keep a journal to track your wellness journey during the month of December. Who knows, you may make some new discoveries about your body or mind, and be on your way toward developing a new behavior that makes you feel good, healthy and empowered!
