How long have you been a member at Ballard Health Club? 
3.5 years

What is your favorite piece of equipment or exercise to do in the gym? 
I love the early morning HIIT classes. It’s a great and balanced workout before work.

Why do you work out?
I feel better physically and mentally when I exercise daily. I feel stronger and like I’ve accomplished something before the day’s really started.

What do you do to work out?
I alternate days between HIIT/strength classes and cardio—either the treadmill or the elliptical—for an hourish.

What in the gym has worked for you in attaining your goals?
It’s one of the most cost effective gyms with the best offerings, and as a neighborhood gym it’s an easy “commute” for me to get there.

Why do you choose to work out at BHC?
Over the last few years of going to classes I’ve become a part of the community there. You get to know the instructors and the same people you see in class. Everyone’s always really friendly.

Anything else you'd like to add?
Thanks to all the instructors and trainers—I appreciate all the effort they put in every day.
