Simple, Joyful and Gritty Holiday Verkout!!

During the holidays it can be tough maintaining a schedule, so this workout allows you to take it almost anywhere! 

All you need: 1 Set of medium-heavy dumbbells, bench or chair, stairs or jump rope. 

This total body workout is designed to be simple and fun, while challenging your strength, power and balance.  Do each exercise for 15 reps, then Run Stairs or Jump Rope for 3-5 minutes after each round for 4 ROUNDS!!!! 

  1.  Squat Jumps, Box Jumps or Dumbbell Front Squats (15 total)

  2. DB Bulgarian Split Squats (15 per side)

  3. DB Push Press (15 total) 

  4. Extended Child Pose to Triceps Pushup (15 total)

  5. Lunge-hops or DB Weighted Reverse Lunges (15 per side)

  6. Sit Ups (15 total) 

  7. Star Jumps or Jumping Jacks (15 total) 

  8. DB Plank Pull Throughs (15 total)

Run Stairs or Jump Rope for 3-5 minutes after each round!!!!
