Every month we are excited to offer a free class to both members and non-members, so bring a friend!

Join Rachel for an energizing indoor cycling class that combines high-intensity cardio with motivational music, upper body choreography, and expert instruction. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or new to the saddle, this class is designed to challenge your endurance, boost your strength, and leave you feeling empowered.

Expect a series of dynamic intervals, climbing hills, sprinting on flat roads, and everything in between, all while focusing on your form and technique. Rachel will guide you through each phase, pushing you to your personal limits, while fostering a fun and supportive environment.
