January Free Class
Total Body Strong 60 w/ Kyle Hyde
Friday 9:30-10:30 am
Expect the unexpected and get Total Body Strong with constantly varied exercises and formats. By combining strength training and metabolic conditioning we will push you outside your comfort zone and elevate your fitness to a new level.
This class is free to everyone, including non-members!
Kyle’s class is also offered Monday and Wednesday. Friday is the free class for the month of January.
