September Free Class
Each month BHC offers a FREE pass to a specific class, so those without a PLUS membership. This month we invite everyone to try out Virtual Twenty-5-Twenty for free with Karen on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8:00am.
Twenty-5-Twenty is 20 minutes of strength training, 5 minutes of CARs (Controlled Articular Rotation) for the joints and 20 minutes of stretching. This is a well-balanced, virtual class that makes every minute count so be prepared to move as you log on.
