How long have you been a member at Ballard Health Club?
I have been a member of BHC since 2014, and I was also a member back around 2010 and 2011!
Why do you work out?
Mostly to keep up with my very active kiddos and husband.
When you are at the gym, what do you do to work out?
I lift weights in the free weight and machine areas, and in the winter I use the treadmills or stair machines to avoid the gloom
What at BHC has worked for you for attaining your goals?
Routine, routine, routine!
When I was working to build muscle, I got a good routine going from a personal instructor, and began using the weightlifting to track my workouts.
Then it just became a habit!
Why do you choose to work out at BHC?
It's a quick and easy bike ride from my home, and I love being central in Ballard when I'm all done.
What is your favorite piece of equipment, exercise, or class to do in the gym or at home?
In the past year or so, I have started attending a few more classes, like yoga or circuit training. My most regular class is Friday's cycling class with Anne-Marie! It's not just Cycling for Beginners, it's cycling for all! Or at least those who like a good DJ set ;)
