Why do you work out?
I work out to feel and be strong! I want to know I could hike 20 miles and be okay.
What do you do to work out?
I like running on the treadmill and I like going to the circuit training classes. I also love walking outside.
What in the gym has worked for you in attaining your goals?
Going to class really helps because it’s structured.
Why do you choose to work out at BHC?
It’s in my neighborhood and I feel that BHC is a welcoming and safe gym community.
What is your favorite piece of equipment, exercise or class to do in the gym or at home?
