Dear Members,
Are you struggling with unexplained fatigue, constant hunger, or difficulty maintaining a healthy weight? These could be signs of insulin resistance, especially if you are overweight and feel particularly “hangry” if you don't eat.

My name is Brenda Savage, and I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Nutrition Coach & Personal Trainer, and I am here to help you reach your nutrition goals.

Body scan with the state-of-the-art InBody System to establish a base line and monitor the body transformation process.
Customized nutrition plan designed for your specific goals and lifestyle
Nutrition coach consistently monitors your data in order to evaluate your progress, adjust routines, and modify timeline
Connection with your nutrition coach to assist with accountability, guidance, and motivation.
Meetings to help teach, guide, and motivate you towards your goals
