Total Body Exercises to Workout Everything at Once!

Looking to get an efficient workout at the gym? When you are in a rush and don’t have a lot of time to spend, try this quick but effective workout!

For an Intermediate workout, move through one round of each exercise in a circuit style. Complete 3 rounds. For a Beginners workout, modify any exercises as needed. For example, the Deadlift to Row could turn into a simple Bentover Row, while the Incline Spiderman Push-up might become an Incline Push-up.

Looking to take this into an Advanced workout? Add 30 seconds of Air Bike pedaling at 20.0 speed between each exercise and complete 4 rounds with 60 seconds of rest at the end of each round.

Workout:

  • Barbell Deadlift to Row x8-10 reps (Activates: posterior chain, back)

  • Reverse Lunge to Box Step up with Bicep Curl x10 reps per side (Activates: glutes, quads, hamstrings, biceps)

  • Squat to Single Arm Overhead Press x8-10 reps per side (Activates: quads, glutes, hamstrings, core, shoulders)

  • Incline Spiderman Push-up x8 reps (Activates: core, chest, anterior deltoid)

  • Half Burpee x10-12 reps (Activates: core, triceps, glutes, quads, calves)
