Update from Ballard Health Club - 4 Week Closure

November 15, 2020

Dear Members,

Today, Governor Inslee announced a four-week statewide set of restrictions in response to the recent rapid increase of COVID-19. One of those restrictions is to close indoor gym facilities. With this announcement, we are required to close Ballard Health Club’s indoor facility starting Tuesday, November 17th until Monday, December 14th.

We invite you to check out our 50 Live Streaming Classes a week that are unaffected by this closure at www.ballardhealthclub.com/group-exercise-classes

We have had a great start with our Open Gym sessions these past three months. We had an average of 10 members at a time in the gym servicing about 100 members throughout the day. I know we have provided a safe workout environment and it’s heartbreaking to have to stop such a beneficial and healthy activity for our members.

Since we cannot provide access to the gym for the next four weeks, we will skip the next monthly billing for monthly renewing members that have attended any Open Gym session these past three months. We will do the same thing for yearly memberships by extending their memberships for one month.

Thank you for your continued support.

Stay Safe!
