Update from Ballard Health Club - Closure Extension

December 14, 2020

Dear Members,

With the rate of COVID-19 cases still high, it was no great surprise when the Governor announced the extension of business closures including gyms. Our closure is now extended until January 4th 2021.

Once again, we have frozen the memberships that we unfroze in October when we were able to have open gym sessions for 3 months.  We are also not going to charge the $7 monthly freeze fee while the Club is closed for those that selected this option.

With that said, we still have active members enjoying our 50 virtual classes a week that has run non-stop since April.  You can find those classes are at www.ballardhealthclub.com/group-exercise-classes

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to those of you who continue to keep your membership active and billed and/or have donated to BHC.  Like so many businesses that are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, it is amazing that we are still in the game. It is members like you that have certainly played a major part in keeping us alive.

With vaccinations announced to begin this week in Washington state, I believe we can now see the light at the end of this exceedingly long tunnel. One way or another, Ballard Health Club will hang in there and be there for you at the end of that tunnel.

Wishing you a safe holiday season,

Pat Gilbrough
