Personal Trainer / Member Services

Emma is a personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and specializes in the foundational movements of functional fitness, bodybuilding and powerlifting. She helps her clients improve their overall strength and body composition with exercise programming designed to build lean muscle mass, and develop lifestyle habits to improve mental and physical health.

After reaching her goal of a 1-Rep Max Bench Press at 200lbs, Emma wants to help others feel the self-confidence and pride of achieving their own health and fitness goals. Emma understands that all clients have different needs, and helping them find joy in their fitness journey is a core part of her training. 

Emma is currently a senior at the University of Washington and in her free time loves hiking, fishing, and powerlifting.
