Personal Trainer

Eric "Pete" Peterson has been helping people with their fitness through exercise and martial arts since 2015. With many specializations including corrective exercise, injury prevention and nutrition, Pete has become one of Seattle's premier personal trainers.

"Every trainer's first client is themselves." As a child and young adult, Pete battled with fluctuating weight and low self-esteem. He used fitness and proper nutrition to make a change and improve his physical and mental health, and believes anyone can do the same to become the best version of themselves. Pete believes everyone has goals that are personal and unique to their situation in life, and his job as a trainer/coach is to help his clients take the most effective path toward those goals while maintaining a safe and fun environment.

Pete competes in powerlifting and holds the WA State record for bench press and is currently training to beat the national record. He also has clients who hold powerlifting records at the state and national levels. In addition to his love of fitness, Pete holds the rank of black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Karate

When Pete is not in the gym he is competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but also enjoys spending time with his family, which includes 3 dogs and 2 cats, watching movies and cooking.
