Rachel is an exercise enthusiast with a passion for running and weightlifting. As a marathon runner, she understands the importance of functional fitness, mobility and strength training. As a trainer, it is Rachel’s goal to educate members of all fitness levels proper movement and form so they can feel strong, healthy and move well.

As an L-2 Certified CrossFit Trainer, ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, NASM Personal Trainer and Les Mills BodyPump and CORE instructor, Rachel believes fitness classes should be both challenging and enjoyable, encouraging members to push themselves, work hard and embrace being part of a community while doing so. When she’s not in the gym or on the road running, Rachel spends her time with her two young girls, volunteering at their school or just hanging out at home with a good movie.
