Sean Rogers

Personal Trainer / Cycling Instructor

Sean is an avid cyclist and endurance athlete who has run marathons and competed in triathlons. He was introduced to Group Fitness in 2011, taking classes to improve his cardiovascular conditioning and manage his weight. He enjoyed the challenging workouts as well as the group dynamic.

It was after his favorite instructor left the club that he realized a great class comes from the energy of the instructor and the music they play. This prompted Sean to become a certified Cycle Instructor so he could bring that missing energy and music to the rest of the members. Once he found his groove in Cycling, he was hooked on teaching Group Fitness and expanded to Boot-Camp, HIIT and any other class that requires a high level of energy!

In 2020 Sean expanded his fitness instruction to Personal Training, helping individuals improve their quality of life and healthspan. Sean believes that anyone can benefit from engaging in some form of fitness, and his job as a coach is to help his clients and class participants find fitness that will enhance their enjoyment of the activities they love.

Sean is part of a very active family who walks or cycles everywhere they need to go on the weekends. His partner is also an instructor and coach and their son loves parkour and rollerblading. When he's not personal training or teaching classes, Sean is a remodel carpenter, loves to cook, read and enjoy the outdoors.
